"I wish to thank you, and at the same time congratulate you for the excellent operation of your hotel Divani Apollon.This was a very demanding congress due to the fact that the participants of this congress were top professors of Rheumatology coming from all over the world. As we have planned, nearly all functions within the hotel, there was day and night, for Jive days, full action. The only thing that really caused us serious problems was the internet (both lines and antennas),which we paid extra in order to cover the demands of the delegates, but unfortunately many times it was off. Except this, there was not one little thing, that did not work properly, everyone was most kind, helpful, flexible and professional. Kindly please pass my sincere thanks to:Mrs. Konti for working so clever and flexible, 6 months before, when this convention wasplann to go to Astir Palace and we both managed to change their mind.Mr. Dimitris Venizelos, Ms. Mara Kapiti and the other girls and boys of the team who managed to do an excellent job with the reservations, rooms check-in and out of these demanding clients. Mrs Vasiliki Koutra leaving always late at night, Mrs. VM Kaminari but specially Mrs. Chrysoula Sofiou who was responsible for this file, present early in the morning and who did an excellent) Mr. Christos Alexandris ("O Archontas tou Skotous'' as he was always coming behind secret corridors ready to assist), captains, boys and girls of his team.Mr. Christos Adamis and his team operated a unique Gala dinner at Mythos,we could not have a better good-buy.Mr. Vassilis Marianthousis and as last Mr. Spyros Kominos ("The Phantom of the Opera", another one who was always coming behind doors ready to find solutions).Last but not least, this is the first time that they seriously think to establish their annual meeting in your hotel, as they found out, after 15 meetings in different places each year, that your hotel is the best option, they ever had.Working with you, your hotels and your professional people I feel safe and covered at all times. "The Deloitte meetings during October 2006 were a huge success and everybody with whom I spoke were full of praise for the hotel and its facilities. I don't think there was anybody who was not impressed. The level of service received on site from the hotel operations team was superb. They made our job very easy and I soon came to realize they were total professionals and very committed to ensuring these meetings were successful. My clients and I were extremely pleased with the way that the event went and the questionnaires from the delegates are all very complimentary. During the meeting we very soon became aware that we were in the very capable hands of professionals who were very much dedicated to their jobs.I want to thank everybody at the hotel who helped make the meetings such a success.I would very much like in particular to thank  Mrs. Fotini Konti, Mr. Petros Karadontis, Mr Spiros Kominos, Mrs Chrisoula Sofiou, Mr. Venizelos Dimitris & Mrs. Miriam Nundel. And I know that if something was requested then it was always handled very quickly and efficiently....which, from our point of view is fabulous as it means much less stress all rounds!!! I actually cannot remember having to ask for something more than once - which in itself is amazing. Even down to changing the set up of the breakout rooms' very last minute!The standard of catering was excellent and many people commented on how delicious the food was and how varied the choice - so please pass on our compliments and thanks to the chefs behind the scenes!The run up to the event was very smooth and efficient and you were a pleasure to deal with onsite - always very friendly and helpful!! Other than yourself, please can you pass on our special thanks Yiannis, Dimitrios Venizelos, Mr. Alexandris, Mr Victor, Vassilis and Dimitrious (two lovely waiters) Maria and Christina and the rest of the reception staff. "What a great event that we have just had for BP Lubricants Supply Chain last week.The event would not have gone so we/I if it wasn't for your wonderful staff. Pre event Vasso Koutra was excellent; she exceeded expectations and worked extremely hard along with very long hours to ensure that deadlines were met. Her assistant Vicky was also of great help throughout with the support on the internal admin.On reception Dimitris, Micheal, Stathis, Stella and Chara were superb, as were all of the team working during this period, all rooms were ready for our guests so a big thank-you.The Concierge Team, Nikos, Thanasis, Vassilis, Gianni's, Christos, Stavros, and others were always very helpful with all the boxes arriving, helping out with taxis and everything else.Mr Adamis and his team ensured great food and service at the Mythos by the Sea, even up to 3am in the morning without one complaint!!Maria's housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping up with so many rooms to clean, always with smiles!In the conference and banqueting department Aris, Victor, Gardenis and Mr Alexandras were always at hand to help out - nothing was ever too much trouble, what stars!! Whilst Dionyssis, Archilleas, Costas, Demetris, Nikos, Rosalana, Poppy and Vasilika were a great support team, tea and coffee breaks on time and so plentiful!!Last, but by no means least Chef and his team. The food throughout was delightful and thoroughly enjoyed by the group. There was always lots of variety, the timing and speed of food delivery was great."
