DIVANI APOLLON PALACE & SPA THE OFFICIAL HOTEL OF AC MILAN AT THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL IN ATHENS!!!
All the football players and the technical team were accommodated at the hotel, as well as the owner and ex prime minister of Italy Mr. Silvio Berlusconi, the A.C. Milan executives official guests of U.E.F.A., the main sponsors and many VIPs.
After the winning of the valuable trophy, a party took place at the Aristotelis Ballroom, and more than 1200 guests of the European Champions participated.
During his departure, Mr. Silvio Berlusconi thanked Mr. Spiros Divanis and the hotel's personnel for the outstanding hospitality declaring the following: « Thank you for the exceptional hospitality which helped us to enjoy more our victory, we hope to come back! »
This is not the first time that Divanis Chain Hotels accommodate a very important athletic event. Recently, the Divani Caravel was the official hotel of Euroleague Final Four 2007 and all basketball teams, as well as the special guests and the Organizing Team of Euroleague, VIPs and Sponsors, were accommodated at the Divani Caravel.
